Linda Melillo

A Realtor since 2010, Linda is a seasoned agent with experience in all aspects of the real estate industry allowing her to anticipate and circumvent any obstacles throughout the process. A native of New Haven, Linda was raised in Woodbridge. She earned an associate degree in business from Quinnipiac University and has previously worked for nearly 20 years in the legal field. She was a legal secretary with a law firm in New Haven for 13 years and later became a judicial assistant for a judge on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

 

Linda loves working with first time home buyers. Meeting people and helping them through the real estate process is her passion. Her area of expertise is New Haven County. She excels in her negotiation techniques, and loves staging a home in preparation for marketing. She and her husband have four children, and live in Hamden.
